Tiny Camp | Tiny House Options
This unique Tiny Camp property currently has 4 rental properties at their Cottonwood location. Each tiny house has its own unique style and layout: Imagine, Dream, Aspire, and Wonder. The tiny house we stayed at shown below was called Wonder and was a great option for us this visit as it has the bed on the bottom floor, unlike some other layouts. My almost 5 month pregnant self appreciated that this go around!
Each of the 4 unique tiny houses are located on the same property – see a map of Tiny Camp Cottonwood here.
We loved vacationing in a tiny house during our Sedona visit back in 2019. Last time we stayed at the Tiny Camp’s Sedona location and our house layout had a bed in the loft area. Each unit has unique design elements throughout and are very well built and . Read about our Tiny House visit in Sedona here. Now that I’ve shared a little background about the rental options, let’s check out the property tour.

“Wonder” Airbnb Tiny House
First we checked into our unit, the Wonder tiny house. The layout has all the comforts of home, just packed into a smaller footprint. For example, you’ll find there is a kitchen with a bar top seating area, microwave, cooktop, sink and fridge.
In addition to the kitchen space, the living/bedroom area has tall ceilings, a queen size bed, an AC/heating unit and beautiful windows that let in a ton of natural light.
There is also wifi on the property which worked great during our visit, especially since Cottonwood has limited cell reception ( at least for Verizon when we went ).
Once we were settled in, we started to explore the rest of the property amenities.
Property Amenities
During your stay at Tiny Camp, you get access to the community fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor spa as well. There is plenty of space to sit back and relax and enjoy the sounds of nature all around you. Group visitors also have additional amenities for use listed on their website.
The Wonder tiny house backs up to a wooded area filled with solar lights that help you navigate at night. In addition to the beautiful natural ambiance, there is also a hammock, picnic table and outdoor shower behind the house. There is even a hot tub located in the back corner of the lot.
It felt very tropical with the summer monsoon humidity and cloud cover.
You would never know this tiny house was in Arizona with these rainforest vibes!
My Camera Gear
I shoot on my Sony A7RIII(ad) and many of the images were captured with my 12-24mm lens(ad) and my 35mm lens(ad) on this day.

Not only are the hammocks perfect for relaxing, but the daybed is also a great place to lounge and read a book, along with the other select hanging swings throughout the property’s trees.
During the visit, we enjoyed time around the shared fire pit located just out front of the Wonder tiny house. We loved having our friends, who live just 20 minutes north in Sedona, stop by for a visit.
This Cottonwood vacation rental is well situated just outside of the Sedona area for those looking to avoid large crowds when on their trip to the area.
Tiny Camp is a camping style experience that does back up to a wooded area so you may want to bring along some bug spray and keep an eye out for critters!

Colt Grill | BBQ & Spirits
If you’re looking for a great lunch spot recommendation when visiting this tiny house, Colt Grill is very popular! Their smokehouse aroma filled main street. We had a jalapeño popper burger, pulled pulled pork sandwich, smoked mac-n-cheese, and fries. All of the food of the was really good.
Crema | Craft Kitchen & Bar
We checked out Crema Craft Kitchen & Bar for breakfast the day of our checkout and loved the vibe. Crema is a combination of two historic buildings converted into an indoor and outdoor restaurant. They serve a full menu of breakfast dishes, pastries, cocktails and more. Crema also has delicious coffee drinks as well as gelato made in house.
