If you’re like Tim & I and the outdoors is your life, you’re going to love it here. Novel Rio offers its residents the opportunity to check out gear ranging from kayaks and paddleboards to backpacks and coolers. Also, if you’re looking to take a bike ride around Tempe Town Lake, they have many bikes to borrow for a day of exploring around town!

Poolside Lounge
The pool area has a gorgeous lounge area all around with barbecues just outside the gate separated by a beautiful fireplace and seating area. It’s the perfect place to spend the afternoon sipping a few drinks and relaxing on the patio and watching the game!
Apartment Features
The spacious floor plans here at Novel Rio are uniquely crafted to fit everyone’s lifestyle. Living areas have large windows that pour in lots of natural light and the kitchen area has some stunning cabinetry and fixtures.
